Log in to your client account and create access to the test – you can generate the link yourself. If you wish to create several or a dozen tests at once, you can send the completed form to us.

The invitation to take the test can be sent to the tested individuals in two ways: you can send the invitation directly from the platform, and the person will automatically receive an email (this option needs to be selected when creating access), or you can copy the test link and send it via email.

When creating access to the test, you can also decide whether the test report will be sent directly to the tested individual from the platform or if you would like to send it yourself from your account.

If the invitation to take the test was sent directly from the platform, the tested individual will receive an email with the main information about the test. Detailed instructions will be provided just before starting the test. To begin testing, they simply need to click the link in the email – there is no need to log in separately to the platform.

The questions in each section are presented based on a rotation principle and become more difficult depending on the proficiency level. Additionally, the time allocated to answer each question is limited. This reduces the risk of the tested individual seeking additional assistance.

After completing the test, the tested individual will receive an email confirmation of the test. In the case where the individual chose to test speaking skills via phone, they will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of the conversation they selected during the testing process.

The results for grammar, vocabulary, and reading sections are available immediately after completing the test. The results for writing and speaking sections are provided within 24 hours (without specific error details) or within 48 hours (with a list of errors and a detailed auditor's comment).

Once the report is ready, you will receive a notification from the platform confirming this, so you won't need to manually check the report status. If it was specified when creating access to the test that the tested individual should receive the report directly, it will also be sent automatically.

To compare several or a dozen tests at once, you can generate a summary report in the client account, which will provide all the key data about the tests conducted during the selected period.
